Ranch Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
6 chicken thighs
1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
In a shallow bowl combine crumbs, Romano cheese and cornmeal.
Dip chicken in salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
